The nomination period is now open and will close on August 22, 2025. This allows anyone, including employees, community members, or stakeholders, to nominate organizations, whether they are public, private, non-profit, schools, or government agencies. Nominations can be submitted easily through the dedicated website or via phone, and there is no cost associated with participating in the awards.

To qualify for consideration as a Top Workplace in Jacksonville, the nominated organizations must have their employees complete a brief, 25-question survey that takes only a few minutes to fill out. These surveys will be conducted through October 2025, and participation from employees is crucial for companies to be evaluated based on their workplace culture.
