The couple married in 1954 and shared a loving partnership for 69 years until Betty’s passing in 2023, leaving an indelible mark on each other’s lives.

Starting his professional journey at IBM selling typewriters, Jack later transitioned into an illustrious career in the securities industry. Over the years, he made a mark at prestigious firms such as Mid-South Securities, J.C. Bradford, R.S. Dickson, Francis I DuPont, Kidder Peabody, and William R. Hough. His leadership capabilities led him to serve as the President of the Florida Security Dealers Association, a role that highlighted his commitment to the industry.
