In Jacksonville, H&H Bagels is currently awaiting permit approval for a new site located at 10025 San Jose Blvd. This area was previously home to Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop and will cover 1,536 square feet within Crown Point Plaza, located in the Beauclerc area just north of Interstate 295. Sleiman Enterprises is the landlord for the Jacksonville location, which will see a build-out cost estimated at $275,008. Kaneco Construction LLC has been selected as the contractor, while Oculus Inc. from St. Louis will serve as the architect for the project. The construction management company overseeing the project is The McHenry, based in Baltimore.

The expansion of H&H Bagels into these areas will be facilitated by franchisees San Pablo Bagels Corp. and Longleaf Bagels Corp. The franchisee officers, Joshua Witt and Irwin Witt, have previously been involved with other restaurant franchises.
