Renovation permits issued on May 6 permit Falcon Franchise Construction LLC, based in Fort Lauderdale, to begin remodeling the 3,875-square-foot restaurant and drive-thru facility. This renovation is estimated to cost $715,518.
Prior to renovations, an additional permit was issued on April 8 for preliminary landscaping and site work, costing roughly $10,000. The Beach Blvd. location, situated on a 0.83-acre lot near the Beach Haven area, has sparked significant interest due to Habit Burger’s reputation for quality food offerings.

Habit Burger & Grill aims to open its Jacksonville location in the second half of 2025. In addition to the Beach Blvd. location, Habit Burger & Grill has plans for two more outlets. The site will also accommodate 27 parking spaces, with additional shared parking available for customers.
